Terms

These are the terms for using loopsculpt.com. Loopsculpt is run by me, Anastasia Marchenko, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine. It is new and still being built: parts of it will change, and some don't exist yet. Write to me at hello@loopsculpt.com about anything here.

Your account

An account is free while Loopsculpt is in early access. If paid plans come later, nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

Keep your email account safe: whoever can read your email can sign in to your Loopsculpt account. One account per person, please, and no automated sign-ups.

Your patterns

The patterns you add stay yours. I don't claim any rights to them, show them to anyone else, or use them for anything but showing them back to you and keeping them safe. Only add patterns you have the right to use: your own, or ones you are allowed to work with.

The model is an estimate

The 3D model, the sizes and the count checks are estimates from the pattern and measured yarn gauges. Real yarn, hooks, tension and stuffing differ, so the finished toy can differ too. A check that finds nothing doesn't promise the pattern has no mistakes. Use Loopsculpt as a help, not a guarantee.

Changes and the end

I may change Loopsculpt, pause it, or stop it. If I ever stop it, I'll say so on this site at least 30 days before, so there is time to download your data. You can delete your account any time in Settings; that deletes everything in it at once.

I may close an account that abuses the service or other people.

Responsibility

Loopsculpt is provided as it is. I do my best to keep it running and your patterns safe, but I can't promise it will always work or never lose data: keep your own copies of patterns that matter. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have by law as a consumer where you live.

The law

These terms are under the law of Ukraine, without taking away the protection the law where you live gives you as a consumer. If these terms change, the new version appears on this page with its date. Where the law asks me to tell you about a change in advance, I will.
