Privacy
I am Anastasia Marchenko, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine, and I am responsible for what this site keeps about you. Write to me at hello@loopsculpt.com about anything on this page.
Reading the site
The site counts no visits and sets no cookie until you start signing in. Cloudflare serves it and keeps short technical logs to run and protect it.
The waitlist
When you leave your email to hear when Loopsculpt opens, I keep your address, when you left it, the version of the words you agreed to, and the country your connection came from (not your IP address).
I use it for one thing: one email when Loopsculpt opens. That email asks you to confirm that you want occasional news about Loopsculpt after that. If you don't confirm within 30 days, your address is deleted. If Loopsculpt hasn't opened by 31 December 2027, the whole list is deleted. Until then I keep your address on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to me.
Signing in
You sign in with Google or with a code I email you. There is no password.
- With a code: I keep the address you typed and when you asked, for up to a day, so the code works and no one can ask for codes for you endlessly. The code itself is never stored, only a fingerprint of it.
- With Google: I ask Google only for your email address. Google tells me the address, that Google has checked it, and Google's own number for your account. I keep the address and that number, so you find the same account next time. Google learns that you use Loopsculpt.
While you sign in, a short-lived cookie remembers your request: for 15 minutes when you ask for a code, for 10 minutes when you go to Google. Once you're in, a cookie keeps you signed in for 30 days from your last visit. These are the only cookies the site sets, and they're needed for signing in to work. Signing out ends your session, on this device or on every device. A robot check by Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the sign-in form.
Your account
Your account keeps your email address, when you made it, the day you last used it, whether you use Google to sign in, and the patterns you add: every version of each, with its name, note, size and date. Your patterns are yours and only you can see them; I store them only to show them back to you.
I keep your account until you delete it. In Settings you can download everything in it as one file at any time, and delete it: that removes your account and every pattern at once, and takes your address off the waitlist too. Having an account doesn't sign you up for news.
Writing to me
When you email me, your message and your address stay in my inbox, so that I can answer and find our conversation again.
Who helps me
- Cloudflare serves the site, stores the waitlist, your account and your patterns (in the EU), and runs the robot check on the sign-in form.
- Resend sends the sign-in emails. It keeps a record of each email it sends, and its account data is stored in the United States.
- Google signs you in, if you choose to sign in with Google.
These companies may process your data in other countries, including the United States. Where the law asks for it, they do so under the EU standard contractual clauses in their data-processing terms.
Your rights
You can ask what I keep about you and for a copy of it, ask me to correct it, delete it or stop using it, object to how I use it, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@loopsculpt.com. Most of this you can also do yourself in your account's Settings. You can also complain to the data-protection authority where you live.
